From purchase to payout review: LexaVero is designed so that you can start without connecting your marketplace or bank account. Your business files are processed locally on your own device.

Before you begin

After purchase, you receive an email containing your licence key and a direct link to the purchased LexaVero marketplace edition. Open the link in your browser. Depending on your browser, you can also install the browser app locally for faster access.

1. Choose your LexaVero edition

Select the marketplace edition you need. You can combine several editions or licence seats in one order. The first licence is charged at the regular price; every additional licence in the same cart receives the displayed discount.

2. Complete the secure Paddle checkout

Continue to Paddle checkout, choose an available payment method and enter the required billing information. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown before you pay. Paddle handles the payment as Merchant of Record.

3. Activate your licence

Open the LexaVero link from your licence email and select License. Enter the licence key and choose Activate license key. After successful activation, the licence is bound to this device and the remaining licence term is shown. If LexaVero is installed as an app on this device, also choose Agree – keep license available so the licence can be restored later on the same device after browser, site or app data are deleted.

4. Choose your interface language

The LexaVero website is available in 15 languages. The interface languages available inside the app depend on the marketplace edition. Select one of the languages offered by your edition; your local business data is not affected.

5. Enter your business details

Under Account data you can store the business details that should appear on professional discrepancy reports. You may also add your own logo. These details are stored only on this computer.

6. Add your marketplace account details

Create or select a marketplace profile and enter the merchant/customer ID, shop name and optional region or account email. This information helps create clear reports for the correct marketplace account.

7. Create a local backup

Use Backup to save profiles, settings and history locally. You can restore this backup later on the same or another installation. Licence and device identity are intentionally not included in the backup.

8. Select marketplace and bank files

Choose the marketplace payout/export file and the corresponding bank file. LexaVero recognizes supported layouts automatically. The selected files remain on your device and are not uploaded to LexaVero.

9. Start the check and review the overview

Click Start check. LexaVero compares the selected data and summarizes the result: green for successful matches, yellow for cases that should be reviewed, and red for critical cases where no plausible receipt or another serious discrepancy was found.

10. Create a discrepancy report

For review or critical cases, select Create payout claim. LexaVero builds a structured discrepancy report from the locally processed data, including expected amount, bank receipt, difference and marketplace account details.

11. Print or save the report as PDF

Use Print / Save PDF to open the browser print dialog. From there you can print the report or save it as a PDF file and use it for further clarification with the marketplace or your own records.

12. Filter, search and manage results

Use the status filters and search field to focus on relevant transactions. You can search by payout, marketplace or amount and update the case status as you work through the results. The history remains available locally.
